The Dialer Report is designed for sales leaders who need visibility into outbound execution quality and SDR productivity. Whether you manage a small SDR team or a large outbound organization, this reporting helps you understand what activity is happening, where conversations are generated, and how efficiently meetings are being booked.
The Dialer Report focuses specifically on outbound calling performance powered by the Sonik.ai Dialer.
Where to Find the Dialer Report
From the left-side navigation menu of the platform, click the "Reporting" item.
By default, the report displays statistics for the current month, giving you a live overview of your team’s outbound activity and results.
You can also fully customize the reporting period by selecting the exact date range you want to analyze. In addition, the report can be filtered by specific team members, allowing managers to review the performance of an individual SDR or focus on a particular subset of the team.
What You Can Measure
The Dialer Report is built around three core outbound metrics:
Dials
Displayed in purple, this metric represents the total number of outbound call attempts made by your SDR team.
This is your primary activity indicator.
It helps you understand:
outbound effort level
SDR productivity
dialing consistency
campaign execution volume
A high-performing outbound team starts with consistent activity volume. This metric gives managers immediate visibility into whether enough prospecting effort is being generated.
Connected Calls
Displayed in orange, this metric represents the number of calls where a real conversation happened with a prospect.
This is one of the most important KPIs in outbound sales because it measures actual human interactions — not just activity.
The connected call metric helps you evaluate:
contact rate performance
list quality
targeting relevance
calling time efficiency
SDR conversation capability
The report also displays the connect rate percentage, allowing you to quickly assess how efficiently your team turns dialing effort into conversations.
Meetings Booked
Displayed in red, this metric shows the number of meetings successfully booked by your SDR team.
This is the final conversion outcome of the calling effort.
It allows managers to measure:
SDR conversion performance
call effectiveness
pitch quality
objection handling capability
outbound ROI
This metric helps identify which SDRs consistently transform conversations into pipeline opportunities.
Benchmark
Across all teams using the Sonik.ai Dialer, the average Meeting Booked Rate is around 5% — meaning roughly 1 meeting booked every 20 connected conversations.
The best-performing SDR teams consistently reach 10%+ (approximately 1 meeting every 10 conversations).
A strong benchmark is not only about conversion rate: the highest-performing teams combine high conversation volume with consistent meeting conversion efficiency.
Drill Down Into Every Metric
Each KPI in the Dialer Report is fully clickable.
This allows managers to move from high-level reporting to detailed call analysis in one click.
You can access the full list of dials and conversations made by the team.
This is useful to:
audit activity levels
verify prospecting consistency
review outreach execution
Every connected call can be:
replayed directly inside the platform
downloaded for external review or coaching - Click here to know more about how to download Call Recordings
This turns the Dialer Report into both a performance dashboard and a coaching tool.
This is extremely valuable for qualitative analysis.
Managers can review:
objection handling
pitch structure
conversation flow
reasons for call failure
how SDRs manage difficult situations
Identify the Best Calling Time Slots
The Dialer Report also includes time-based performance analysis.
By clicking the "Timing" tab, you can visualize the hourly time slots where conversations happen most frequently.
This helps managers optimize:
calling schedules
SDR working sessions
outbound strategy timing
territory-specific outreach windows
Instead of relying on intuition, teams can make data-driven decisions about when outbound activity should happen.
Analyzing recurring objections and conversion performance
The "Conversion" tab helps you understand which objections most frequently appear during calls - and, more importantly, which ones still lead to booked meetings.
Using AI-powered call analysis, Sonik.ai automatically detects recurring objections mentioned during conversations and measures their impact on conversion rates across your team.
In this report:
the grey bars represent how often each objection occurs during calls
the orange bars represent the meeting booking success rate after that objection is raised
the orange horizontal line represents your overall average meeting booking rate
For example, in the screenshot above:
“Already using competitor” appears relatively often, but still converts at a much higher rate than the average booking rate — meaning the team handles this objection effectively
“Not interested” is by far the most common objection, but converts significantly below average, indicating a strong opportunity for coaching and script improvement
objections like “No budget” or “Send me an email” may convert surprisingly well, helping teams identify where persistence and objection handling are paying off
Summary
The Dialer Report is not just a reporting dashboard.
It is a management tool designed to help outbound leaders improve execution quality and pipeline generation.
It gives you visibility into:
effort generated by the team
conversation efficiency
meeting conversion performance
coaching opportunities
winning outbound patterns
For SDR managers, Heads of Sales, and CROs, this reporting becomes the operational control center for outbound performance.
