This guide explains how to connect Sonik.ai with Lemlist and ensure your outbound campaigns run as expected. It covers the required setup steps, key configuration points, and essential checks to guarantee that leads detected in Sonik.ai are correctly pushed to Lemlist and automatically enrolled in your campaigns.
1. Connect Lemlist to Referly (Prerequisite)
On the Lemlist side:
Click on your name (bottom-left corner) → Settings
Go to Integrations (API / Webhooks) → Generate a new API key
Copy this API key
On the Referly side:
Go to Admin → Integrations → Lemlist
Paste the Lemlist API key
Once completed, Referly will be able to push leads to Lemlist.
2. Configure Sending via Smart Agents
On Referly:
Go to Smart Agents
Add an action: “Push to Lemlist”
Select the target Lemlist campaign
At this stage, every lead detected by Referly can be automatically sent to Lemlist.
3. Verify Lemlist Campaign Settings
In Lemlist (for each campaign):
Open the campaign → Settings
Ensure that:
Automatic sending is enabled
Leads with the following statuses are allowed:
Unverified
Risky
Invalid
Deliverable
Important:
If these options are not enabled, Lemlist may block email sending.
4. Verify Sending Email Addresses
In Lemlist:
Ensure at least one sending email address is connected
Ensure a sender is properly assigned to the campaign
Without an active sending address, no emails will be sent.
5. Key Checks
The Lemlist API key must be correctly copied into Referly (otherwise no synchronization)
Campaigns must be active and properly configured
Sending email connections may disconnect → check regularly
