The Dialer allows users to call prospect lists efficiently by automating the dialing process.
It is designed for outbound prospecting, especially cold calling, while keeping all activity structured and trackable.
Accessing the Dialer
From the main navigation menu on the left of the screen, open the Dialer section.
This is the workspace where all calling activity takes place. It provides access to your lists, contact information, and call history.
Viewing and selecting lists
Once in the Dialer:
available lists are displayed in the interface
a search bar allows filtering lists by name
Select a list to open it.
The list view displays all associated prospects along with key information such as name, company, job title, and call status.
Opening a list
Click on a list to access its content.
Inside a list, each row represents a prospect. The list also shows the current state of the calling activity, including which contacts have already been reached and which are still pending.
This view is the starting point for launching calls.
Starting a calling session
To begin calling:
click on the "Call / Resume calling" orange button at the top of every list
The Dialer will automatically start placing calls in parallel.
As soon as a prospect answers, the call is connected. Other ongoing attempts are stopped. No manual dialing is required.
Handling a call
When a prospect answers:
the contact profile opens automatically
relevant information and activity history are displayed
During the call, notes can be added directly in the interface.
After the call:
assign a status to the contact
record any relevant outcome (e.g. meeting booked)
This step ensures proper tracking and follow-up.
AI Qualification
AI qualification in the Dialer provides real-time, AI-generated insights on each prospect as soon as they pick up.
By configuring a simple prompt, you define exactly what information you want (company activity, positioning, size, key signals), which is then displayed directly in the Lead Battlecard during the call.
This allows SDRs to immediately adapt their pitch, improve relevance from the first seconds, and increase overall conversion efficiency.
Understanding list progression
The Dialer updates the list automatically based on call outcomes.
Contacts who have not been reached remain available for further attempts.
Contacts who have been successfully connected are removed from the automatic dialing loop but can still be accessed for manual follow-up if needed.
Accessing call history
Call history is available directly within the Dialer on the top right corner.
To review past activity:
open the Call History section
From there, it is possible to:
view past calls
access call recordings
review call durations and outcomes
This section can be used to revisit conversations or analyze performance.
Tracking performance
The Reporting Screen on the left hand side includes a reporting view with key metrics such as:
number of calls placed
number of connected calls
number of meetings booked
These indicators provide a structured overview of calling activity over time.
The "Dials" view gives you an insight of the daily cold calling efforts of your team members:
The "Timing" view gives you insight about the most picked-up time slots:
